Support client service initiatives by assisting with correspondence, financial statement processing, tax return assembly and special projects.
Support internal service departments with computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), filing, research or other projects as assigned.
Oversees billing process by monitoring unbilled time; processing billing; weekly and monthly billing reports.
Working with the Administrative team to assist with overseeing the reception area to include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining conference room schedules, and organizing office events.
