-Broaden access to collections, educational, and programmatic resources for affiliate programs nationwide.
---Build and nurture relationships with national cultural institutions and universities through outreach activities; planning and organization of the Annual Smithsonian Affiliations Conference.
-- Launched a formal online community of practice and professional exchange board, in partnership with the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (SAO) and 40 affiliate partners nationwide.
-- Raised SA profile through fostering museum professional engagement (invited to present at regional and national conferences) and established peer-to-peer interest groups.

--Successfully completed The Getty Leadership Institute's NextGen Leadership Program.
-- Successfully completed a 12 month highly competitive Smithsonian Emerging Leadership Development Program.

Marketing & Public Relations
-- Orchestrated over 150 public launches, press events representing the Smithsonian with national media, members of Congress, local government officials and non-profit leaders.

--Served a four month detail at the National Zoological Park in the Office of Advancement to strategize, plan, and execute an $80 million capital campaign.
-- Partnered and leverage Harvard-Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory scientific talent to acquire $850,000 funding pool from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation targeting over 1.5 million institutional visitors across the nation impacting underserved and underrepresented youth.
-- Co-designed SA's first fundraising strategy--organized and presented two fundraising event for 50 Korean business leaders and 5000 institutional members.
