Strategy Projects Director, Corporate Strategy & Development
March 2013 — Present
Phillips - An art auction house and leading global platform for buying and selling 20th and 21st century art and design.
As of January 2016, I was promoted to Strategy Projects Director supporting the Chief of Staff in overseeing the growth strategy at Phillips. In this role, I work closely with all Chief Executives and senior management in leading the implementation of various strategic growth projects across all departments. My role is critical as the liaison between our heads of department and reporting to the Shareholders, CEO and CoS.
My role encompasses project work to support achieving our sales targets, finance and budgeting, operations and process developments, digital growth, reorganizations and people as we expand globally.
In January 2015, under the current management team, I was appointed as Associate to the Chief of Staff to work directly with the Chief Executives on the creation of the new vision, strategy, brand, market positioning and business plan for the next stage of Phillips' development.
Prior to this strategic role, I held the position of Senior Client Relations Manager within the Private Client Services Group. As a client relations manager, I worked with private art and design collectors of 20th and 21st century art. I cultivated relationships to advise and manage the art collections of private individuals based on interest and potential market appreciation by facilitating purchases and consignments at auction as well as arranging private sales. In addition, I established strategic partnerships with prominent financial institutions for advisory and appraisal services as well as other luxury brands for cross-marketing efforts.
