Call Center Manager

During my time at the Credit Union I had many positions and promotions. I started off as a Teller was promoted to a Member Service Representative (MSR). As a MSR my duties included opening new accounts, opening IRA's & helping members with their accounts. After being a MSR for approximately 4 years I was transferred to the loan department and became a Loan Processor. In this position I processed loan applications, continued with member service, researched loan issues, tracked auto and homeowner insurance and prepared annual HMDA reports. After a year I was promoted to a Loan Officer. As a Loan Officer, I reviewed and made decisions on loans, prepared loan documents for closings & trained new loan officers. When our Call Center opened in 5/2003 I moved to the Call Center continuing with these duties. In August of 2006 I was promoted to Call Center Manager.

As Call Center Manager my duties included :

-Managing Call Center staff & operations. Call Center staff included: MSR Supervisor, 2 MSR reps, 2 Loan Officers & 1
Loan Processor
-Select, develop, train & motivate call center staff
-Conduct staff meetings
-Implement corrective action plans
-Provide timely responses to day-to-day member & employee requests
-Provide MSR Manager with status of the daily call center operations
-Ensure that all Call Center Staff is operating in compliance with federal & state regulations
-Provide back up staffing to Branch Managers & Loan Officers as needed at branches
-Member of the CU conversion team
