Independent contractor serving in an Administrative Manager role for the Sports Car Club of America Match Tour autocross series.

- Communicate with SCCA members in person, through email, and social media to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Respond to competitor concerns in a calm and caring manner during time-sensitive and potentially heated situations to ensure a fair outcome for all involved.
- Review customer feedback and staff observations to suggest and develop improvements to the Match Tour event format and competitor experience.
- Maintain and update event files and audit results to send to SCCA national office for official record.
- Exercise split-second decision making to troubleshoot and correct potential software and equipment issues before they become problems that would delay the event.
- Facilitate smooth, efficient, and fun autocross events in cooperation with Operations and Equipment Managers.
-Schedule and assign run order for 3-5 weekend Match Tour autocross events per year.
-Coordinate registration, entrant check-in, and work assignments.
