As the co-owner, i took responsibilty of all the business finantial operations.

On the kitchen i developed and designed weekly menus and recipes, Planned and developed objectives for the month. Involved in the kitchen, acted as the main chef specially with mexican, japanese, chinese, american, italian and mid eastern food.

On the non-kitchen side of the business i was responsible of the branding, graphic design, product photography, marketing and social media.
