October 2012 — November 2013
When I was working with Eaton Pediatrics I worked both back office (handling patients) and front office (administrative). When working in the front office I was taking phone calls, making appointments, taking payments, pulling charts,
verified insurances, received mail and packages, making copies, filling, check and sent faxes, and checked in patients. When working in the back office I made sure patient rooms were kept cleaned, organized and stocked, checking equipment, check stocking in nurses station, check for expectation dates on samples, check vaccines, make sure supplies were ordered, also placing patients in a room take their vitals, performing physicals and administer vaccines for 2 months and up.
