My current profession is heavy in roadway and pedestrian facility design, but I would love to learn more about roundabout & transit design, traffic analysis, and multimodal interactions.

Provide assistance in the design and development of construction documents for transportation and site development projects. Perform calculations for roadway design, grading and erosion control, storm drain systems, domestic and fire water supply, and sanitary sewer conveyance. Prepare quantity takeoffs for use in preparation of construction cost estimates. Assist with field visits and observation of active construction projects. Use CAD software to assist with modeling and design; manipulate and evaluate data using spreadsheets and engineering software; Prepare construction plans, figures, and graphics; assist in the preparation of technical reports and memoranda.

Provide support for transportation program administration and engineering services in planning, environmental compliance, design, contract administration, construction, and rehabilitation of highway and bridges. Projects are located on or provide access to federally-owned lands in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and two National Parks located in Wyoming.
