Carl Buhler is an Air Force Brigadier General & is a two-time major command (MAJCOM) director of logistics, engineering & force protection. His first director position was at Hq, Pacific Air Forces at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam from 2012 to 2014. Next, from 2015 to 2017, he was a director at Hq Air Combat Command (ACC) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia. He oversaw nearly 300 personnel, plus nearly 300 Air Force Engineering & Technical Services personnel and was responsible for ACC’s logistics, aircraft maintenance, munitions, force protection & civil engineering. He worked closely with other MAJCOMs, staff agencies, the inspector general & wings. In his free time, Carl Buhler enjoys NFL, ACC & SEC football, plus general history.
