-Led an eight member council which governs 12 sororities and 1,200 women
-Innovated a multi-year Strategic Plan including time, goals, objectives, marketing, and progress
-Created a written vision for community goals and performance which echo's Ball State Greek Life's multi-year Strategic Plan
-Planned Staff Development bi-semesterly while managing progress and goals
-Consulted with 10 Chapter Presidents to create new initiatives to meet the needs of members
-Arranged two brand new Leadership Development retreats
-Initiated 3 new communication sources such as ICal, Google Drive and Google Folders
-Sought and earned a multitude of co-sponsorships on behalf of Ball State organizations
-Engaged stakeholders to further create community relations
-Re-vamped weekly Panhellenic delegation meetings for community engagement
-Initiated new programming ideas for engaging development of members
-Generated and executed a first-annual Ball State community wide fundraiser
-Concepted and constructed a 60 second promotional video for The Greek Life Ball
-Organized Rachael's First Week breeding 500 women in attendance
-Partnered with Kites & Ivy to raise funds for community-wide philanthropy Circle of Sisterhood
-Spearheaded $1 Dollar Dress Down monthly Campaigns on a chapter and community level benefitting Circle of Sisterhood

-Led 18 Sorority Scholarship Roundtables to plan and implement scholarship initiatives for the community

-Revised and wrote the Greek P.R.I.D.E. Scholarship for incoming Ball State freshmen women
-Spearheaded 122 P.R.I.D.E. scholarship applications
-Hosted interviews for 122 women
-Awarded 1 $750 P.R.I.D.E. scholarship after precise organization and interviews
-Collaborated with the Greek Week Steering Committee to incorporate a greater academic presence
-Planned and tailored faculty appreciation initiatives to strengthen Greek student- to- faculty relationships
-Supported a constant presence and motivation for academic excellence
-Boosted each of all 10 Panhellenic sororities' GPA for Spring 2014
