•Partner with internal hiring managers to source, qualify, interview and on - board candidates for Sales, Finance, Human Resources, IT and Admin positions.
•Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing goals across all levels of employment.
•Perform phone screens to identify qualified and interested candidates.
•Conduct Face - to - Face interviews and recommend candidates for second interviews.
•Coordinate interviews between Managers and candidates.
•Actively participate in all staffing related activities and cross functional projects.
•Manage the offer letter process for the Corporate Recruiting Team.
•Negotiate salary and employee benefits.
•Answer non-complex employee benefit and payroll questions.
