Helping to change people's future using life skill coaching. Helping individuals that are confused on what to do next in their lives. Sometimes confused - do to critical life events or do to mental illness issues. I support goal-setting, personal growth, and behavior modification with personal guidance and daily motivation. Encouraging community involvement and find all necessary resources to help be successful. I help people to achieve their goals by improving different actions necessary to take control of future plans. I help encourage independence and self-confidence. Helping to motivate individuals and facilitate the adjustment to change. Teach and model good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills establish, maintain and hold individuals accountable to standards of acceptable behavior, implementing constructive solutions to problems. Daily goal setting. Provide advocacy on behalf of individuals that I work with. Taking a personal-genuine interest in helping people develop better ways of dealing with their problems.
