I serve as an administrator of our learning management system (LMS) responsible for ensuring instructor-led and web-based courses are in the system correctly. I monitor our course catalog and user profiles to ensure accuracy. Along with my role as an administrator, I am the metrics and analytics person for the Learning and Development team who pulls various reports and metrics from the LMS.

As a part of the Learning, Development and Talent Management team, I serve as the administrator for the learning management system - maintaining data accuracy and consistency, ensuring proper processes within the system, and resolving any issues within the system. Any issues that come in are reviewed by me and the escalated as needed to developers or outside vendors. I create instructional materials - internal job aids used within the department and also materials used by learners to aid in navigating the LMS. I am also responsible for reporting of metrics pertaining to learner activity along with coordinating instructor-led courses - updating rosters, reserving rooms, and monitoring enrollment numbers.
