As a member of the Northeast Division's Talent Development team at Walmart I use my passion for Learning & Development, Diversity, and Human Resources to help people live better.
As a regional partner I lead organizational development programs centered on key leadership, operations, associate/customer engagement, merchandising, and business acumen. I help build the next generation of Walmart leaders through training and development.
Using strategic and creative thinking I've led and/or worked on numerous projects applying business principles including Supervisor Development, Compliance Training, Financial Acumen, and Diversity Management. I have had the honor to help develop over 400 new Assistant Managers, 80 Store Managers, and 20 Market leaders. I have had the ability to impact over 115 stores in the Northeast Division.
As a member of the Northeast Talent Development team at Walmart, I help manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the individuals in the organization by improving their abilities and productivity so that they can support the key business goals of the organization, helping it grow and succeed.
Provides Project Consulting for organizations in the private, non-profit, and federal sectors. Previous partnership ventures include Content Development strategy and Performance Improvement consulting.
Instructional Design technology needs involving online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced face-to-face courses using best practices for instructional design and multimedia development.
Professional and Volunteer Development needs for Non-profit organizations including but not limited to; HR Department management structure, nonprofit sector diverse staffing and retention, Webinar hosting, HR Metrics for NP, employee/volunteer engagement training as well as technical writing assistance, RFP/Grant editing reviews, and ETO/Raisers Edge assistance.
