Assisting customers with payment arrangements, having a better understanding of their invoices, getting power on if a mistake accrued. Also creating move in and move outs for premises and helping with changing a customers service plan. I'm also one of the leads for ASG so I approve orders to be sent to the TDU's also on the weekends I out together reports and email corprate what light out in error tickets Abilene opened up in a given day . As well on the weekends I help other floor supervisors doing floor help and answering questions the service agents may have while they take a lunch.
