Think of our city as a human body for a moment: a vast landscape of smaller units working together to benefit the whole. How can we improve quality of life in our city – the body we are all a part of? How do we cultivate a culture in which everyone wins?

A Collaboration Lab opens lines of communication and facilitates collaboration between people, organizations, and institutions so they can better serve the whole: our city.

A Collaboration Lab is a space, physical and/or virtual, that allows for the experimentation and evaluation of ways to connect, unify, and practice collective action. It does not imply consensus building on every topic or issue, but rather creates a trusted environment for risk-taking, growth, and relationship building.

The B'more Co-Lab (Baltimore Collaboration Lab) is building lanes of connectivity between people, organizations, and institutions in Baltimore, thereby creating a network of support for referrals, asset sharing, best practices, funding/fundraising, and advocacy.

Be B.O.L.D. is founded on the belief that stakeholders who believe in an equitable and integrity based education system, can work together to create a win-win culture in which schools are thriving and students are excelling, no matter the political, social and financial setting.

Vision:
A culture in which stakeholders in education (included but not limited to youth, parents, school leadership, educators, and communities) operate out of abundance instead of scarcity, creating a winning environment for all involved.

Mission:
To uncover the strategies, approaches, and best practices to creating a win-win environment for multiple stakeholders in education.

Who We Are:
Be B.O.L.D. Inc. is an empowerment engine that currently uses it's flagship Mastermind Initiative for Educational Empowerment™ to support schools in being self-sufficient & high-impact. We do this through technical assistance that includes: coaching/consulting, resource sharing, masterminding, strategy & human capital development. We also offer specific programming for schools or programs who want to focus in on one stakeholder group (E.g. parents, school leadership, students, etc.)
