As Marketing Coordinator, I am responsible for the planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and ad campaigns to grow the 4IT brand online.


Retail Sales Associate (RSA)

Some might think that being an RSA at T-Mobile is just selling phones, but it was so much more! At T-Mobile, I filled many roles such as key holder, @Work account ambassador, and social media ambassador. I created a unique experience for each customer and used customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track the customer journey and leads.

Vice President of Development

As Vice President of Development, I was in charge of the Professional, Social, Service, and Marketing committees to create, host, and market events for our campus community. Within the year, the chapter more than doubled membership, attendance at events, and participation amongst the organization.

Project Management Intern

As a Project Manager, I lead two groups of students in Dr. Roots Digital Marketing class in creating marketing strategies for two local non-profits: Girls on the Run Palm Beach and Mind&Melody Inc. I coordinated the website audits, content strategy, email and newsletter campaigns, and social media strategy for the students to execute.


Lead Retail Consultant

At Sprint, I was a key holder that oversaw most of the store's operations and activities while meeting (and exceeding) my own sales targets and goals. I aided in creating schedules, generating monthly sales reports and analyses, as well as creating monthly customer loyalty events and business outreaches.
