Mandated phones, receptionist for Administrators and Chief Clerk for incoming calls and messages. Guided outside calls and visitors to proper area of destination, assisted with relay calls for the hearing impaired, separated and distributed faxes, maintained files. Recorded monthly tally of client intake also those due for recertification of benefits. Produced multiple photo copies of appointment letters as verification of mailing , Equipped supervisors with scheduled/cancelled appointments. Preformed all duties as required. Accessed client accounts on computer while assisting with questions or issues on phone. Discreetly handled clients personal information with Confidentiality such as Social Security cards, Birth Certificates and passports. Submitted all payments due to proper area. Dispatching of interpreters to worker stations for clients. Prescreening of home visits for homebound and disabled. Trained new workers hired within unit.
