Oversee team responsible for all communications and outreach. Intimate creative development project, and serve as regular panelist for TWiGH, hosting 'Caity's Career Corner'.

I create partnerships with universities, organization, and institutions; discuss global health issues; and contribute to the overall development of this start-up.

Established a one-of-a-kind mentorship program for SYPs (Students and Young Professionals), connecting them to mentors and facilitating their relationship with a module curriculum. Currently oversee team and all operations involved in program, including partnerships, evaluation, and curriculum development.

Global Health Student and Young Professional Summit

Coordinator

Planned first Global Health Student and Young Professional (SYP) conference before the Canadian Conference on Global Health 2014. Conference addressed upcoming global health challenges, global health in Canada, and ran workshops for SYPs on mentorship, career planning, effective use of social media, and disaster management simulation. Conference was sold out 20 days before the event.
