Claims Attorney - Crisis Management/Contingency

As a Claims Attorney for the Crisis Management Department, I specialize in product contamination, restaurant recovery, and kidnap and ransom insurance claims. Our Insureds come to our claims team at their most vulnerable times, and we connect them to the people and services that will help piece their worlds back together.

Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C.

Associate Attorney

The attorneys at SDV took me in as a second-year law student, encouraged me, believed in me, and helped teach me what it means to be an attorney.

My practice focused on representing individual and corporate policyholders against insurance companies - primarily in the third-party liability context.

My most exciting experiences: presenting on drone insurance coverage issues and helping to build a practice group focused on multinational insurance! Check out the survey I helped create on the risks of multinational insurance:

Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, Dean's Fellow

I was extraordinarily lucky to attend QUSL as a Dean's Fellow. Through that program, I developed long-lasting relationships with school administration and faculty, who continue to guide me toward the greatest possible professional growth.

My most incredible opportunity? Attending and speaking on behalf of QUSL at the Oxford Consortium on Human Rights at Magdalen College in Oxford University, with some of the greatest minds at universities across the globe.

My favorite moments? Acting as Executive Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, a publication of which I am incredibly proud - even more so because my article on the use of psychic mediums in probate law was published in the journal.

Henderson State University, summa cum laude

Bachelor of Arts, English Literature and Spanish Language, with minors in History and Political Science

Academia itself is a tremendous passion for me. As all of my educational focuses evidence, I soaked up every opportunity to learn every subject I could. I am forever grateful for and inspired by my HSU professors, who have mentored, encouraged, and supported me long after I walked across the stage at graduation.
