• Promotional Redesign – Redesigned and improved OWL Radio's media kit, which has enhanced the station's profits and underwriting sales.

• Show Development – Constructed a DJ and show development program to provide input and ideas for 19 shows, enhancing the show's content quality.

• Programming Reformating - Refocused the station's format to better target its core audience, resulting in an increase in ratings, underwriting sales and in audience average listening time.
