Responsible for providing input and analysis to support the Commercial Action Plan, new item task forces, strategic distribution build initiatives, various retailer specific Category Deep Dives, developing and maintaining various reports tracking Category $ Share, Fair Share of Shelf, Consumption Trends, and other ad hock reporting. Extensive experience in trade strategy, category analysis, shopper insights, pricing and promotional tactics, key account sales, and project management.
Transformed established family run vineyard into top regional winery. Worked to develop business plan, go to market strategy, and co-wrote successful USDA Value Added Producer Grant netting $300,000 in federal Value Added Producer matching funds.
