Assists the development of the Medical Countermeasures Distribution Annex for the FEMA Region V All Hazards Plan. Performs research of State and local capabilities for gap analysis and federal support. Facilitate and assist working groups in support of the project. Prepare and construct fact sheets, decision briefs, plan elements and support documents. Support the execution and implementation of an exercise of the MCM Plan.
