I first started as part of the support staff. This position focused mainly on time management, communication amongst co-workers, cleaning, creativity, and working efficiently under pressure. I essentially had a schedule to maintain from class to class, but had to quickly think on my feet when the written schedule didn't work; which was nearly every hour. After just under a year in that position, I was asked to be a teacher in the toddler classroom. This position had similar requirements, but with added documenting, filing, communication with many different families through-out the day, and planning.
