Gather technical information on the customers IT environment, including but not limited to systems, networking infrastructure, backup processes, applications, and user access.
Interact with co-workers, vendors, customers, and representatives of other organizations to obtain and disseminate information, advise on projects, resolve conflicts, set priorities, coordinate activities, complete projects within time and budget constraints.
