Head Docent at Agnes Etherington Art Centre
Contracted to complete special project work for “LaBoqueria,” an innovative restaurant and entertainment venue (to open late 2014). Positioned to discover and recruit of performance artists and sponsors as well as create a comprehensive plan of forthcoming events.
Volunteer position comprised of gallery oversight and aiding in installation of exhibitions.
Elected to leadership position in April 2013. Managed the orchestration of weekly meetings, creation of educational programming for kindergarten through 8th grade, and planning of peer tours. Mentor and primary liaison in the Art Centre for a group of 35 students.
Full time position working in the Private Sales division at Christie's. Worked with a number of international departments including jewelry, watches, Post War & Contemporary art, Impressionist & Modernist art as well as Korean art. Was able to aid in the creation of private sale policies, gallery operations, exhibition coordination and sales.
Completed sales associate duties, participated in meetings with potential consignors, and executed numerous large estate sales from conception through fruition.
A full-time position in the Post-War & Contemporary Art Department in Laura Paulson’s office. Tasks included; research of past auction results for tax, insurance and auction appraisals, organization of client information and client database software, special project tasks as well as creating logs of contemporary auction results as a record of client interest, consignment and reference with a strict mandate of confidentiality applied to all projects.
Administrative intern working on various projects such as the presentation of the Keyholder group exhibition, assisting with special workshops and receptions as well as office management including answering emails and phone calls as well as compiling a comprehensive record of media outlets.
