Providence is constantly at the epicenter of healthcare innovation, from new medication to new charting software.
-Empowering Healthcare Professionals through education and elbow-to-elbow coaching as Credentialed Trainer on Epic Charting Software for Perioperative Area, evaluating knowledge levels prior to granting login permissions
-Providing support for other trainers, collaborating with Principal Trainer and Analysts to troubleshoot technical problems, effectively resolving issues with user profiles, revenue and documentation
-Maintaining and upgrading lesson plans/evaluations, creating and systematising new class materials for each location, to create an efficiency throughout Training Team
-Coordinating regular travel itineraries over 4 states, ensuring logical route planning, controlling optimisation of fuel and other resources.
-Utilising IQ Navigator to report time and documenting expenses for reimbursement, employing Excel and SharePoint to maintain and access teaching materials and scheduling
Successfully trained 200+ Perioperative Professionals at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Burbank, California
Conducted credentialing of numerous SW Washington ‘Epic Optime’ and ‘Anaesthesia’ Trainers
Cooperating with Senior Management during transition to ensure a positive attitude and excellent outcome and used Change Management techniques to reconcile student acceptance of new software
