Manage the continued growth of the Legends Program college transition program for high school seniors that promotes social and academic college readiness skills and best prepares youth for college success;

Visit current students on their college campus in the city, NY State and across the Northeast region.

Support success of alumniin college by conducting case management, tracking student progress, troubleshooting and linking participants with additional supports as necessary to help college students succeed in school and graduate on time;

Develop career networking system and train and support participants in successful networking techniques

Design and implement program activities and special events, including groups, interactive panels, reunions and celebrations

Engage families in supporting participants’ success

Build relationships, connections and partnerships at college campuses and other CBOs

Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of college success and career exploration, and to address participant social, emotional, and health issues.

Conduct ongoing outreach to engage Harlem RBI Alumni in the program and maintain strong participation.

Managed event project plan for KAS Alumni Leadership team, ensuring that the “alumni voice” is represented throughout the planning process and execution of event.
