I helped with different aspects of workflow to help get Healient up and running as a new company in the summer of 2013. Organizing medical records and alphabetizing patient charts were tasks completed daily. In addition, I had prior experience with the new software the company was using (Greenway) and therefore took on other duties such as scheduling patient visits, answering phone calls and faxes until others in the company were familiar with the system.
