Integral member of a leadership team tasked to run a high volume store in a major metropolitan market and to guide a team to create the Target brand guest experience. Scope of responsibilities include store operations, inventory, guest service, and team engagement; including directing a staff of 250+ employees and department leaders.
Core areas of responsibilities include managing, designing and implementing routines around softlines, safety, and price accuracy to enhance guest satisfaction and improve store performance.
Also appointed as the district intern coordinator to assist in planning and executing the internship program, as well as acting as a mentor for the interns

As campus liaison I was tasked with creating and maintaining a highly visible and positive brand image for the company amongst the students and staff of UNC Charlotte. Activities included classroom presentations, mock interview sessions, career fairs and information sessions. Responsibilities included building a relationship with the campus as well as partnering with the institution and serving as a resume pipeline between the students and field campus recruiter to identify and maximize recruiting strategies. Additional responsibilities included identifying and mentoring high potential recruitment candidates.

Appointed to the internship program where I gained knowledge and exposure to the company's operations, policies and procedures. Activities included coordinating and effectively managing a budget for a community service project, building partnerships and relationships through networking with other interns and leaders within the store, district and group levels, and creating a quick reference guide through observation and analysis for the reduction of payroll into the logistics process within a store.
Administrative Assistant/Camp Coordinator

Responsibilities included training, planning, scheduling and the overall functionality of the summer camp program, onboarding and off boarding of students and families to/from the academy, communications between the parents, counselors, teachers, vendors and leadership in the academy, contribution to the weekly lesson plan in the pre-k programs and helping to ensure the achievement of educational goals.
