As campus liaison I was tasked with creating and maintaining a highly visible and positive brand image for the company amongst the students and staff of UNC Charlotte. Activities included classroom presentations, mock interview sessions, career fairs and information sessions. Responsibilities included building a relationship with the campus as well as partnering with the institution and serving as a resume pipeline between the students and field campus recruiter to identify and maximize recruiting strategies. Additional responsibilities included identifying and mentoring high potential recruitment candidates.

Activities included coordinating and effectively managing a budget for a community service project, building partnerships and relationships through networking with other interns and leaders within the store, district and group levels, and creating a quick reference guide through observation and analysis for the reduction of payroll into the logistics process within a store.
