I handled correspondence with members of the agency via Outlook and greeted guests upon their arrival. I acted as the conference center coordinator and scheduled both internal and client meetings within the agency. Within this role, I prepared an AV and facilities report at the end of each day to alert the teams of what needed to be prepared for the next day's meetings.
Created a marketing brochure for the sales force to use on North American clients that included written content and visual graphics explaining the company’s core competencies.
Worked on communication and PR projects in collaboration with marketing managers in Singapore.
Handled day-to-day filing tasks, telephone calls and customer communications.
I wrote numerous articles for monthly issues of several divisions of the magazine and was by-lined in two issues. Day to day I read and filed press releases from PR firms to feature beauty and hair products in different issues.
