As a manager I supervised new employes to make sure our store was running by the same standards as our franchise in savannah while slightly tweaking certain aspects to better fit our constitutes in the area. We established ourselves as a friendly, fast paced restaurant who puts our customers first with quality service being our forefront. My responsibilities included training and motivating new staff regarding their work and responsibilities, Controlled the overall cash flow on a daily basis to meet the weekly expenditures,
Maintained accounting books regarding employee payroll and sales summaries of the restaurant,Helped in promoting business through social interaction in community events,Estimated the daily food consumption and placed orders with suppliers accordingly – Ordered utensils and contacted merchants regarding their supplies on a regular interval.

At David's I began as a cashier/server. I took orders , fixed orders and collected monies as well as keeping up with inventory, stocking as needed, and handling customers while keeping the appearance of the restaurant up to standard.
