WAOiT is a organization striving to raise awareness and to build a safe community for those who are survivors of sexual assault. Our mission is to create a safe place for those who have experienced sexual assault, both men and women while educating the public about rape culture and the objectification of women in relation to rape culture.

As founder and Executive Director, I manage a dedicated staff to further the organization's mission. I run all social media platforms and manage the website, as well as run team meetings and recruit volunteers and staff. All staff report to me on projects and brainstorming sessions.
