• Keep abreast of HR regulations and legislation

• First port of contact for all staff on HR matters and

• Creating letters for customers that would go out on a
scheduled basis and hand signed personally.

QUICKBASE- a computer software used for Dr.'s to see their patient profiles, check on prescriptions he/she wrote, view status of an insurance claim, comments any employees have noted, and know where in the process the medication is at. This software also allows the patients to review their medication, insurance status, and tracking of their medications. As a company we used this software to input information from the beginning to the end. Everything is noted and if a call was transferred to the assigned patient advocate, we were able to see what the customer service representative did or said before speaking with my team.

I transferred from SELU to LSUA after taking the semester off and think about my future and where I really wanted to be. LSUA offers an online program that allows me to work full time in my degree program in the real world and continue learning online while taking business courses. My previous employments and understanding of Business allowed me to take the CLEP exam and apply my knowledge and experience and test out of certain business courses. I will be graduating in one year and hope to continue my growth with a company.
