Greeted,seated and welcomed all guests at the front entrance. Seated guests by a computerized seating chart. Held the doors open while guests arrived and departed. Set tables,polished silverware and handed out menus. Handled all phone call and successfully delivered messages to managers and employees. Maintained a neat, clean work environment. Handled customer complaints and went to great lengths to make sure every customer was satisfied.
