Small Business Sales Consultant

I handled inbound and outbound call flow for ATT small business customers. I handled questions in regard to billing as well. My main job duties were to assist customers with expanding their ATT small business account by finding their need for additional features and products.

I was also given the opportunity to take a 6 week training course in September of 2013 to take part in the BEST campaign, which focuses more on the customer service side of things and mainly dealt with residential customers.

I also was eventually given the responsibility of work force management. With this new position, it was my responsibility to make sure my team was taking their calls efficiently, sending them on their breaks and lunches, running an hourly data report, and also functioning as floor support for my team. This opportunity provided me with a lot of hands on experience as a leader and running my own team.

Customer Service Representative

This was a customer service position at a call center and was strictly an inbound call center. I would handle customer issues ranging from account reviews to billing adjustments to adding or removing services for customers along with many other miscellaneous things. No two days were ever the same. The job was very fast paced and I learned quickly how to work efficiently.

Walmart

Jewelry Sales Associate

I handled the jewelry and electronics department within Walmart. I was also trained in cashiering to assist up front when needed. I helped customers with their purchases and was responsible for keeping track of the stores valuable items. I did restock and inventory for the two departments. I made sure my work place was kept clean and orderly to ensure the customer had a satisfying shopping experience.

I actively participated in marching band, pep band, BADD (bombers against drunk driving), and The Sunshine committee, which was an all girls club that assisted throughout the community. I was also able to graduate on the honors roll and maintained a job during this time as well.
