No Real Jewelry is a small business creating content to goal-getters see their dreams become a reality. I really enjoy working with this client because it encourages women to chase their dreams with practical steps.

As Podcast Manager, I edit each podcast audio and create the shownotes for each episode. For the shownotes, I write the blog copy, create shareable graphics, link to any applicable resources to ensure that each post is SEO optimized.

I've also assisted with creating a media and sponsorship kit as well as email automation series.

Content Manager/Virtual Assistant

I have the pleasure of working Living Over Existing to assist with creating and editing content for this growing business. Living Over Existing is dedicated to helping creative women grow their business and build an intentional life around entrepreneurship.

In my role for Living Over Existing, I receive content submissions from contributors. I correspond with the contributors to answer questions and to ensure that their content is in line with the LOE brand. I am responsible for making all post edits for content and grammatical errors.

My time at MKSK has been split between two positions: Office Manager and Accounting Administrator. In these positions, I have worked with the designer/planners, Project Managers, and Accounting professionals to do tasks that help the business run smoothly.

My day to day tasks include:
•Process invoices and expenses in accounting software
•Collection of receipts for company credit cards and entry of charges in accounting software
•Timesheet Management and Approvals
•Processing Expense Reports
•Setting up New Projects and Project Folders for Project Managers
•Company Vacation Rental Management
•Distributing draft sales invoices to Project Managers on a monthly basis
•Assembly and mailing of sales invoices and statements to clients

•Maintain office master contact list in Outlook
•Web-Conferencing assistance
•Calendar management for Partners
•Business travel arrangements for Partners and Associates

In addition to my day to day responsibilities, I enjoy assisting with community volunteer coordination, managing all of our corporate event planning, and the corporate blog content creation tasks that I've been able to do.
