California State Channel Islands
Moving from the Bay Area to Southern California the second I graduated high school with absolute no clue in what I wanted to study or what I wanted to experience. I ended up a Communication Major with an emphasis in business. Sitting in an Interpersonal Communication class at my community college, it was my professor that pulled me aside one day and told me that I need to continue studying how and why people interact the way they do. My questions and answers throughout that class about how figuring people out and why we argue and care so much about specific things is what brought her to coach me and keep an eye out throughout the rest of the course. In rest of that semester I continued to believe that being a leader, figuring out people, how to handle conflict specifically to a group or individual, and enjoying why people do what they do is my purpose. In the rest of my studies it is important to me to focus on team management and interpersonal relationships among others, carrying on to the business world it is my hope to practice my skills and learn hands on with a team.
