American Campus Communities (ACC)

Associate General Manager

At ACC, I have learned so much in so little time. I have also been promoted more than once so that is super awesome as well. Within 3 years, I have gained experience in operations, marketing, human resources, and management. My favorite part of this job is being able to positively influence students on my campus, and leading my staff.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Management Trainee

At Enterprise, I got the opportunity to drive sales, and talk with professionals in my community to set up corporate accounts with their business. While here, I consistently ranked in the top of my region (selling liability and road side assistance was a breeze), and I won the award for "Corporate Player of the Year."

The highlight of my job was being able to connect with customers (and test drive new cars!).

Texas Woman's University

Master of Business Administration, Business Administration

At TWU, I studied Business Administration and took several HR, Management, and Marketing electives so that I could really increase my knowledge in these areas. While at TWU, I gained a love for entrepreneurship through my classes, and it motivated me to start my own blog. My favorite time at TWU was connecting with inspirational professionals in and out of the classroom.

Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Communication Studies; Marketing Minor

PPPPPPPPVVVVVVV - U KNOW! If you haven't noticed already, I am PROUD Prairie View A&M University graduate (once a Panther, always a Panther). Although I graduated in 2011, I still bleed royal purple and gold. At PV, I majored in Communications with a minor in Marketing. I was also very active on campus; I held a leadership position in the judicial branch with SGA for 3 years. I was also on the founding committee for 100 Collegiate Women of America. 100 Collegiate Women of America is an international organization designed for college and university women who wish to make a difference and improve the quality of life for themselves and others. In this organization, I was the Organizing Membership Director and I not only helped bring new members in, but I helped create our values and goals.
