Manage the work of scientific committees, action teams, and working groups. Plan, implement, and track program activities to ensure on-time on-budget delivery of products and projects. Participate in strategic planning initiatives to advance program goals and objectives. Coordinate and facilitate research conferences, workshops, committee meetings, virtual seminars, and other special events. Produce strategic communications content to steward relationships and facilitate research network collaboration and coordination.
• Provide staffing for multiple large national & international research networks such as the Study of Environmental Arctic Change (SEARCH), Permafrost Carbon Network, and Sea Ice Prediction Network.
• Project management lead for White House Arctic Science Ministerial side-event "Arctic Science as a Vehicle for STEM Education and Citizen Empowerment". More info: https://goo.gl/KmKHzo
• Project manager for monthly Arctic Research speaker series based in Washington D.C. that also attracts a wide international webinar audience (~100 participants per event).
