Technical Vertical Team Account Manager

-Oversee ongoing program operations and deliverables, including project timeline, budget, deliverables and invoicing. Serve as the main point of contact with BI’s business units. Offer consult and support on website inclusions, enhancements and updates and recommend appropriate process improvement strategies.

-Facilitate team meetings, account review meetings, internal update meetings and meetings with program stakeholders. Responsible for facilitating the feedback and the final program element approval process. The points of contact and desired frequency of the approval process will be established early in the delivery process once the sales process is complete.

-Analyze incoming information, both formal data and incidental/anecdotal intelligence and pass it on to appropriate functional areas, or back to business partner for clarification and explanation.

-Define parameters to aid in getting the project running smoothly. Monitors programming, training development, communications development/production and reinforcement planning against your success measures.

-Report the progress of program during delivery. By using project management tools, including the Results Scorecard, they will develop, track and supply program specific timelines, calendars and budget spreadsheets. Engage account team and customer team members as applicable to review progress and adjust program elements as determined by the team.

-Provide a monthly budget analysis to compare current results to projected results and results of previous years (if information is available).
