Front Desk: Used OPERA POS system to check guests in and out of the hotel, responsible for maintaining cash drawer, reconcile daily sales, prepare sales reports and bank deposits for nightly audit, catered to guests needs, and received training in payroll.
Housekeeping: Assign workers their duties, inspect work for consistency with standards of cleanliness, obtain list of vacant rooms which need to be cleaned and list of prospective check-outs, and assigned work assignments for housekeepers.
Food and Beverage: Set up the Great Room for the morning breakfast, prepared food and beverages, continued making food throughout the breakfast, restock food and beverages, socialized with guests, cleaned tables and food display areas during and after breakfast, prepare for the following day's breakfast by cleaning the equipment and room, and worked on pre-preparation cooking for the following day.
