-Prepare and distribute all press releases and communications for the team.
-Manage and update team website and all social media platforms including content and strategy development.
-Coordinate and manage driver schedules including media requests and at-track appearances.
-Manage media relations for the team and drivers, including writing stories for placement and sending media pitches.
-Coordinate and manage the NASCAR Drive for Diversity combine application process. Manage applicant questions and requests.
-Work with team sponsors to ensure needs and requests are met, including social media and press release messaging, as well as at-track signage, credential, and hospitality needs.

-Assisted in operations and sponsorship for the Toyota Texas Bass Classic. Managed operations, coordinated ticket and volunteer requests, assisted with talent and vendor needs, and helped manage the Toyota mobile marketing unit onsite.
-Account lead for Toyota's sponsorship of the Toyota Center. Managed all re-design of creative material for the venue as well as updated car displays year round inside the venue.
-Account lead for Gulf State Toyota's involvement in the NASCAR races at Texas Motor Speedway. Supported corporate Toyota in their race activations and involvement.
-Manager of The Horsemen Flight Team. Coordinated travel, on-site setup, media relations, and hospitality during air show weekends.
-Managed the NASCAR Diversity Internship Program. Recruited, screened, and placed candidates within different NASCAR departments and partner companies.
-Worked to create exposure for the Latin American drivers in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity program, which included sending media pitches and organizing grassroots marketing events.
-Helped develop and launch the "Bienvenidos a NASCAR" Hispanic marketing initiative. Main roles included managing relationship with the marketing agency, developing the Spanish language TV and radio spots, and coordinating the pre-race concert at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
-Managed internal and external department communications, including the monthly e-newsletter and social media accounts.
-Managed the NASCAR Diversity Mentorship Program. Recruited students from local colleges and universities, and hosted them at-track for a behind the scenes look at careers within the industry.
-Member of three Industry Action Committees - Multicultural Communications and Entertainment, Spanish Language TV, and Radio Industry.
