Account Manager Supervisor

• After the acquisition of another company in 2007, I aided in the consolidation of that organizations teams in to our own. This involved establishing best practices & procedures of our two Account Management teams, one based in Chicago and the other based out of Ft. Lauderdale and our two of-shore design teams in Romania and Bulgaria.
• I worked closely with the Project Management team in developing and launching the following services: SEO Optimization, Pay Per Click Services, as well as revamping our internal QA procedure for all of our products.
• I managed up to 35 projects at a time. The project budget ranged from $5,000 — $10,000. In addition, I took on a leadership role training the other Account Managers and eventually managing a small team of in-house account managers, developers, designers and QA testers.
