I work to promote Golf Clubs, Hotels and other activities in Ireland. Working as company secretary, I manage the office administration and accounts, produce revenue returns, reconcile bank statements, review creditors and debtors and organise payments and receipts.

I also liaise with partners and produce quotations for various holidays for people all over the world.

I work closely with our web designer and have help create the website I still produce magazines/flyers promoting our products, I also produce the graphics for display on the website via adobe illustrator/photoshop/fireworks.

I also help with Search Engine Optimisation and Facebook/twitter social media.

I also reviewed standard of repairs by sub contractors and agreed repair costs for crash repairs.

Worked as part of a busy Parts Department selling franchised parts to the general public, the motor trade and the service department. I learned to to use the digital parts catalogue for sourcing specific parts for Renault vehicles both commercial and passenger vehicles. I carried out regular stock checks both physical and bi annual. I entered invoices into our stock system to replenish stock levels when stock was received.

I also learned how to asses crash damage on vehicles, prepare estimates for repairs, liaise with insurance companies and obtained payments from various insurance companies.

On weekends I would work with the service department and liaise with mechanics to produce service bills for customer and the car sales department.

I also reviewed outstanding cash customers and followed up calls looking for cash accounts to be cleared on a timely basis
