As a floor supervisor, I interact with the members and guest to make sure their experience at PDGC is better than expected. Ive gained experience in leadership skills and customer service relations by developing friendships and relationships with my customers and co workers.
On a day by day basis I take orders and recommend menu items such as beverages , alcohol , and food choices. Relay patrons order to the kitchen. Ensure that the food is prepared according to the menu. Keep a constant eye in the table insuring needs and fulfilling then immediately. Keep up with the customers wants and need through out their whole meal. Clear off tables and make sure the check is prepared properly and delivered to the guest.
I also work hand and hand with the Food and Beverage Manager collecting monthly inventory, developing a schedule for myself and other servers, and brain stroking ideas on how to make our daily routines as easy and productive as possible.
