Providing customers with outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Being able to stay on task, work with others as a team. Being apart of the Best Buy team has also helped me with staying on top of daily functions such has checking weekly notes to stay on top of daily deals, and information on store policy to assist customers. Being apart of the best buy team has also givin me great opportunities too. Back in August of 2013, I went away for training to become a Microsoft Specialist. I am officially Microsoft certified, and can give customer expert product knowledge on certain products other associates can not. I value my job at best buy and am determined every single day to help every customer with outstanding service.
