Part of my daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Scheduling appointments, reviewing prior service history before client appointment. Greeting clients with a genuine smile and handshake. Writing an accurate repair order, providing courtesy transportation, providing clients with recommended repair and scheduled maintenance estimates, updating clients on vehicle status, performing active delivery with client at time of pick up, follow up with client after service to check with clients for questions, thank client again, and ensure that we have exceeded the client's expectations. Monitoring and keeping above standard client surveys and ratings. Proficiency with ADP, Xtime, and MPI.
