Executive Business Assistant

• Create reports and presentations for Consensus President; understand the company’s vision and mission and interpret President’s direction in order to create materials to share within and outside of the company
• Prepare for and participate in executive team meetings
• Manage relationships with visitors and potential clients; plan agendas and coordinate the logistics for visitor meetings, ensure meetings run smoothly and everyone has what they need for a successful visit
• Manage the President’s calendars, arrange business travel, and complete his expense reports
• Complete expense reports for executive team as needed, assist with logistics for meetings, including ordering, set up and clean-up of food/beverages
• Take on various ad-hoc projects presented by the executive team
• Greet and direct visitors and vendors
• Maintain office supply, break room and pantry, and office equipment inventories and place orders as needed
• Maintain orderly upkeep of supply areas; regularly clean refrigerators and kitchen
• Maintain conference room schedules and assist with updates and shuffling as needed
• Coordinate security needs for office, including managing the key cards
• Plan company events; research opportunities, negotiate costs and details, and execute both internal and external events
• Supporting the Finance function; assist with contract administration and record keeping, administering financial reports, and managing our project time keeping system Replicon
