Key Carrying Sales Supervisor

I worked as a key carrying sales supervisor for Home Theater and Appliances, and later on Computer and Tablets. While supervisor in both roles I was able to train, coach, and develop my team to become one of the most successful in our district of 13 stores, and often ranked among top 50 in the company in major metrics as a result.
While coaching, training, scheduling, and empowering employees were some of the core responsibilities of my role. I also managed any customer service related issues in order to ensure that no customer went unserved. I open and closed the building, managed the safe, pulled the cash registers at the end of the day, and compiled reports to track our growth fiscally.
